Hatsune Miku is a Vocaloid character. Vocaloid is not anime, it is not manga and it not a video game. It's computer software for voice synthesization.
When I was in Japan in June/July there was a Miku figurine that me and my friends were trying to win from claw machines at the arcades. We spent a lot of money and never did win her. I ended up buying a different figure of her from a toy shop because I wanted her so bad! I just love the design of her clothes and the colours used in her overall character design. Mint green = WIN.
